Pro Dance @ Showtime

BIO 2005:

Since my term as DOTY, I continued to dance and went on to win Dancer of the Year at the American Dance Awards Competition, the Distinguished Performer Award at the LA Underground Competition, Mr. Showbiz at Showbiz Dance Competition as well as many other scholarships and awards of merit. I took Top Overall Choreography awards from Urban Jamm Dance Convention for “Break It Down” and “Get Your Freak On” and the Special Choreography Award at the Kick for Kare Dance Competition. I also received the Young Artist Tuition Scholarship for the American Dance Festival at Duke University. You may have seen me on TV on “Curly’s Kid’s Club” hosted by former Harlem Globetrotter Curly Neal, the Miss Teen America Pageant where I performed with Baby Girl, or the music video, "Tu Amor" by the artist, Kaci. My other credits include industrials for Nike and Adidas, performing in Sea World Nights at Sea World and dancing in numerous productions with the Central Florida Ballet. Since 2003, I have been making my living as a professional dancer, sailing the seas, visiting exotic ports of call, and entertaining hundreds of guests on a weekly basis in some very top notch musical reviews that I have been proud to be a part of on The Veendam (6-month contract) for Holland America Cruise Lines, The Century (two 6-month contracts) for Celebrity Cruise Lines and The Ryndam (6-month contract) for Holland America Cruise Lines. It goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that I still look back on my time spent with Tremaine Dance Conventions and my term as DOTY as an incredible honor, and I remain grateful to Joe, Doug and Desiree and all the other awesome instructors I had the good fortune to work with and learn from.
