TREMAINE I.D. BRACELET POLICY

BRACELETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES

IMPORTANT

I.D. BRACELETS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONVENTION

Tremaine I.D. Bracelet Policy states that lost or removed I.D. bracelets require full repayment of registration fees.

No Refunds. No Exceptions.

I.D. BRACELETS ARE TO BE ATTACHED ON THE WRIST WITH ONE FINGER SPACE BETWEEN THE BRACELET & WRIST
THE EXCESS “TAIL” IS TO BE CUT OFF FOR SAFETY*

*Each Door Guard has scissors for this purpose

For the safety and security of the dancers, you must be registered with the convention as a Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Senior Student, Teen Student, Junior Student or Paid Observer, with an I.D. bracelet, to enter the ballrooms.

If I.D. bracelets are not attached correctly, the Room Guards will not allow you into the ballrooms.
