BIO 2005:
Tremaine Dance Conventions has had an impact on my life since the first time I attended back in 1992. There, as a young dancer, I was amazed to be learning from the top choreographers and dancers and seeing that guy's actually do dance. From there I started to train in all styles of dance which led me to become Sr. Male Dancer of the Year in 1996. This opportunity allowed me to learn not only to refine my style but to also learn other aspects about the dance business. I moved to Los Angeles after I graduated in 1998 and a few months later booked my first professional job. From there I was able to work in movies, videos, commercials, and tours. I've traveled the world working with many artists and loved every minute. The one thing that still amazes me is that no matter what aspect of the business I'm around, whether it is dancers, actors, directors, producers, etc., everyone has been affected by or has been privileged to work with Joe Tremaine. I'm glad I can say the same.
