BIO 2005:

After receiving my DOTY title, I traveled to China with Rockford Dance Company to represent the United States in the Shanghai Arts Festival. We were also able to tour China and do shows at various schools and theatres. Upon graduating from high school, I received a scholarship to attend to Oklahoma City University. While there, I was active in their dance company, American Spirit, which regularly performed for the USO. This afforded me the opportunity to travel to Florida and New Mexico and the chance to perform for our soldiers in the Marines, Army, and Air Force. For my summer employment I lived in Orlando, FL and danced at Walt Disney's Pleasure Island as an Explosion Dancer. I then auditioned and received a Dance With The Force scholarship to take classes at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles and to perform in their scholarship show. After my 3-month scholarship termed ended I decided to stay in LA. where I was able to dance with Madonna on the 1998 MTV Video Music Awards, perform with the Radio City Rockettes in their Christmas Spectacular at Universal Amphitheater, shoot a Blue Cross Commercial and dance in several industrials. You can see me in Britney Spears "Crazy" video, Mandy Moore's “I Want to Be With You” video, Mandy Moore's "So Real" video, Mandy Moore's "Walk Me Home" video, as well as the feature films “Austin Powers 3: Goldmember,” “Gigli” with Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. I’ve danced on tour with Mandy Moore (opened for Backstreet Boys and later NSYNC), Janet Jackson on the All For You World Tour, Britney Spears on the Onyx Hotel World Tour and just completed the record breaking Farewell World Tour with Cher. I was also an original cast member of Disney’s The Lion King at the Pantages Theatre in L.A.
