• Luggage and Large Items Not Allowed in Classrooms.
• All Dance Bags, Ice Chests, etc., must fit under hotel chairs in the teaching rooms in compliance with Fire Marshall regulations.
• All chairs in ballrooms must remain against the walls and available

• MINI BALLROOM: Paid Observers NOT allowed. Only Mini Student and Mini Chaperone wristbands admitted.
• FREE OBSERVER BAND SPECIAL for guests registered under the Tremaine Room Block at the Host Hotel may receive 1 Free Observer Band.

1 Freestyle Face-Off Scholarship – 1 TN or SR *winter cities only.

– Chosen by on-stage Dance Battle
2 Hip Hop Scholarships – 1 TN & 1 SR
– Attend 1 Convention Tuition Free – valid for 1 year
– Chosen by Tremaine Hip Hop Faculty based on class observations
2 Parent Forum Scholarships
– Attend 1 Convention Tuition Free – valid for 1 year
– 2 Chosen by Drawing at each Parents’ Forum

AUDITION PROCESS:

• Only Auditioning Dancers & Teachers are allowed in the audition.
*Dancers not auditioning must vacate the room prior to start of audition.
*If a dancer is cut during the audition, we encourage them to stay & observe afterward.

• Faculty Show and Convention conclude by approx. 3:00 p.m.
