Due to direct bookings, the Tremaine room block at the Hilton Vancouver Washington was Sold Out as of February 16, 2024, the date of last years convention.
In the future, our room block will not be available until the reservation link is posted on our website in early August in order to allow everyone an equal chance to stay at the host hotel.
