ALL CONVENTION REGISTRATION & COMPETITION IS CLOSED. We have reached our maximum capacity for MINI, JUNIOR, TEEN & SENIOR STUDENTS, TEACHERS, PAID OBSERVERS* & ALL COMPETITION ENTRIES for the INDIANAPOLIS event, and it is completely SOLD OUT.
Online & On-Site New Registration for these levels is currently NOT available. Please contact our office to be added to the Wait List.
*Hotel Room Observer Wristband Promotion will still be honored. Anyone with a hotel room booked under the Tremaine Room Block at the host hotels will still be able to receive their Observer wristband by showing their ID matching our Room Block List from their hotel.
**As stated on our Convention Information page, “Registrations will be limited and cut-off may occur if quota is reached before the cut-off date.”

Dear Indianapolis Dancers, Teachers, Studio Owners and Dance Families,
The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown has notified us that they will be renovating their Ballrooms, and the space will no longer be available for our scheduled convention in January 2026.
Our attendee guest rooms and block will remain at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Hotel, but the Convention will now take place across the street at the Indiana Convention Center. You may know the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is directly connected to the Indiana Convention Center via a climate-controlled skywalk, which provides convenient access to the second floor of the Convention Center without needing to go outside.
We are excited to be back at the Convention Center and will share additional details with you as we get closer to the event.
