OBSERVERS NOW AVAILABLE!
We are excited to announce that we will be able to accept paid OBSERVERS in Las Vegas! Remember Observers can watch classes in student ballrooms only. All Observers must wear a mask at all times and observe social distancing while in the ballrooms.*This policy will most likely change as COVID guidelines continue to be relaxed.
THE 3-DAY OBSERVER FEE WILL BE $80.
No single day Observers will be available and on-site registration is not guaranteed.
Due to our safety guidelines and total capacity restrictions, there will be a limited amount of Observer Bands available, so please add these on ASAP.
The Pre-Registration Cut-off date for Las Vegas is June 24, 2021.
We cannot wait to dance with you in Las Vegas, July 23-25, 2021.

5/25/21 – NEW HOTEL – THE VENETIAN RESORT:
Dear LAS VEGAS Teachers, Studio Owners and Dancers, we are so excited to dance with you in Las Vegas this summer.
Due to the ever changing nature of these times, it is necessary for us to change venues.
The NEW venue for our LAS VEGAS SUMMER 2021 event, has changed to ‘THE VENETIAN RESORT’.
Our dates remain the same, July 23-25, 2021.
**ALL PREVIOUS HOTEL RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER THE TREMAINE ROOM BLOCK AT THE ‘RED ROCK CASINO RESORT SPA’ WILL BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY and deposits, if any, will be refunded to the form of payment used at the time of booking.
If you were NOT booked under the Tremaine Room Block, you will need to cancel your own reservations at the hotel.
PLEASE NOTIFY ALL OF YOUR DANCE FAMILIES as Room Reservations WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED.

PLEASE NOTE: As of today all attendees are required to wear a mask and socially distance at THE VENETIAN however these policies may be updated as County/State & Corporate guidelines continue to be relaxed. We will keep you posted as we receive additional details.

5/5/21 – LOCATION CHANGE:
Due to pandemic guidelines, the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa just informed us that they are no longer able to host events of our type at this time.
This event is NOT CANCELED.
Our hope is to keep the same scheduled dates but our location will change.
Please watch this page, our social media and your email for updates.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a possibility of COMPETITION THE EVENING BEFORE THE CONVENTION. You will be notified at least Two Weeks Prior to the event if this is necessary.
