We understand your concerns, and possible confusion, regarding how the constantly changing COVID-19 Infection Rates, Mandates and Vaccine Requirements across the country may affect your attendance at one of our upcoming conventions. Please understand that, as soon as new information is confirmed with our venues regarding our events, we will IMMEDIATELY email registered clients and post information on that city’s page in order for you to plan accordingly.
We are excited to dance with you in 2022 and it is our intent to hold all scheduled events unless it is deemed unsafe to do so or mandates/restrictions prohibit it from taking place as planned. If this should happen, you will be notified and you will receive a Full Refund for any payments made to Tremaine for that event.
Again, this situation is ever-changing and we will keep you updated as quickly as possible.

Tremaine is committed to creating a safe environment for our attendees and understands that we must be flexible as guidelines for best practices may change. It is our intention to follow Local, State, Federal and CDC mandates as well as venue/hotel policies during the tour.
Therefore we are adopting the following policy unless State and Local orders differ:
By attending the event, you are confirming that you have not been exposed or been around anyone that has been exposed and have not tested positive for the Covid-19 Coronavirus in the last 14 days.

Protocols for our Winter 2021-22 Tour will be revised and posted closer to the start of our tour based on the necessary safety precautions set forth by our Hotel Partners, as well as the Cities and States hosting our events. The situation is fluid across the nation and we must be able to pivot to best protect the health of You and Your Students, as well as our Faculty and Staff.
