2006 25th Anniversary Memory Book:
There must be thousands like myself whose lives have been touched and enriched by knowing wonderful people like Joe Tremaine and Douglas Caldwell. My entire studio is a reflection of their expertise. Having never missed a year to attend one or more Tremaine Conventions since Joe's very first one, shows what a large part the Tremaine Convention played influencing the way I teach. They have opened the doors for so many that have lived their dreams as dancers, choreographers and directors. I knew if I could get a talented student to LA to study, Joe would guide them from there. It has been five years since I was named Teacher of the Year and I still can't get over it!
