TO QUALIFY FOR 20% DISCOUNT, EACH ATTENDEE MUST:
  1. Be PRE-REGISTERED for the Convention prior to the cut off date
  2. Have PRE-PAID their Registration Fee IN FULL (a refund check will be sent after the convention and after confirmation has been made with the host hotel that those reservations were used for the convention)
  3. Have a ROOM RESERVATION at the Tremaine Host Hotel under the Tremaine Room Block
  4. STAY at the Tremaine Host Hotel during the Tremaine Convention
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING IN WRITING:
  1. TEACHER or REGISTRANTS NAME - as it appears on your Tremaine Registration
  2. STUDIO NAME
  3. CONVENTION CITY you are attending
  4. The FULL NAME of the Person that Each Room Reservation is under  (it must match what is on your registration form)
  5. The NAMES of Each Person that will be staying in Each Room  (it must match what is on your registration form)
  6. ** If you are registered for the convention with a Teacher/Studio, ALL HOTEL INFORMATION (reservation names) must be sent to us from the Teacher/Studio at the SAME TIME with their Registration Forms before the cut off date.
  7. ** Individual Hotel Information will ONLY be accepted for individuals registered INDEPENDENTLY for the convention.
Send the above information PRIOR TO CONVENTION CUT-OFF DATE to Tremaine
through one of the following options:
 DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE CONVENTION AND ONCE WE ARE ABLE TO CONFIRM YOUR 
 STAY  AT THE TREMAINE HOST HOTEL UNDER THE TREMAINE BLOCK OF ROOMS.  
 
DISCOUNT WILL NOT APPLY TO ROOM RESERVATION IF:
  1. Cancelled
  2. Not made under the Tremaine Block of Rooms - NO EXCEPTIONS
  3. INFORMATION IS RECEIVED AFTER THE CONVENTION DATE.  We must receive all hotel reservation information BEFORE the first day of the convention - NO EXCEPTIONS
